What we do.

Our team has a wide range of expertise in many different parts of the construction industry, as well as a passion for important issues such as environmental protection and sustainable building practices. We also understand our responsibility to share our skills and access in order to improve the lives and community opportunities for all.

Residential Development and Sales

Our team has decades of combined experience with developing residential homes and projects. In our team we have individuals who have been in the building industry and who have worked on a variety of different exciting residential projects.

Rural and Regional Development

We pride ourselves on our community-focused and community connected developments in Rural and Regional Victoria. These projects take into account the unique and wonderful opportunities of rural living and seek to work in harmony with the land and the communities in which our projects are located.

Commercial Management

Our team has experience in the rental and commercial real estate industry. Our commercial projects include buildings where we manage large tenants, as well as smaller residential rentals and management.

Construction Management

We partner with a variety of organisations to ensure that our construction and development management has strong governance and oversight. We are proud of our team’s ability to contribute and manage the entire construction process, due to their range of experience, skills and knowledge.

The Kervale Foundation

We want to support in a way that is sustainable, meaningful and will create opportunity to grow and further develop.

The Kervale Foundation will launch in 2023.

Our team is currently considering different ways in which to connect with individuals and organisations that we want to support in a way that is sustainable, meaningful and will create opportunity to grow and further develop.

This is one of the most exciting initiatives that we are currently planning and we look forward to the steps ahead.
